Client: Monique’s TeamJim & Monique have a thriving real estate office in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Having experienced the benefits of good marketing, they decided to “get serious” about strengthening their brand (both visually and through the customer experience) and developing the marketing tools to really connect with their customers.
Jim & Monique have been smart about building their business—they’ve found a great niche in their community (historical homes) and they’ve use this distinction to build a strong identity in the marketplace. We left no stone unturned on this project, and Jim & Monique went above and beyond to implementthat the marketing strategies we put into place would create raving fans, and it does! Misty has a holistic marketing development process and took the time to learn about us and our values before developing our materials, and we loved that! She helped us to build a strong image in the marketplace that has made us very recognizable, which is important in our industry. Jim & Monique Lea

Client: Devin WebbDevin is an independent artist with a career that spans nearly 15 years. His core market loves him for his music, his spiritual message and his emphasis on mission and philanthropy. We made sure that the tools we created highlighted the unique dimensions of Devin’s platform, to connect in a proignant way with his key markets.
I have been working with Misty for years, and I don’t think I can articulate all the ways she has helped me. She helped me cut away the fat—the things I was spending time and money on that were unnecessary. She stretches me and I learn a ton every time I go through the marketing process with her. Misty knows how to ask the poignant questions–she captures what I do and makes me better! She took the time to figure out what my thing looked like and why it mattered to others, and has put those concepts into words in a clear and powerful way. The tools she’s helped me develop have helped me in a HUGE way. I love working with her!

Client: American Polarity Therapy AssociationAPTA came to us with the primary goal of creating a user-friendly website. Their old site was difficult to navigate and the design was very outdated. We wanted to create a site that would help the members to feel connected to the organization, make it easier for the organization to manage the member’s information, and educate the general public on the benefits of polarity therapy.
For this project, we spend several months in “discovery mode” to determine what information we needed to develop and how we could architect the site so that it was easy for people to find the information they were looking for. We designed several custom modules to automate many of the home office’s administrative activities (including data manipulation, an online directory, management of continuing education credits and conference registration, and more), and to make it easy for members to find the tools and resources they need to support them with their polarity therapy practice or school.
Misty spent a lot of time learning about APTA and she brought in great people to help us develop our marketing strategy. She helped us to dig deep to discover the best way for us to serve our members, and made many recommendations to us on ways we could streamline things to save time and money. Our new website looks great, is easy-to-navigate, and will dramatically decrease our overhead. I felt like she had our best interest at heart.
